MES Production management system makes workshop management information and intelligence

In May 2020,our company officially launched MES production management system.This system covers production scheduling,product tracking,quality control,equipment failure analysis,network reports and other management functions.The electronic screens in the workshop shows the changes of real-time data such as production order progress,quality inspection and work report.Workers check the task list and process instructions through the terminal,inspectors and statisticians use handheld devices to complete on-site quality inspection and statistics,all signs and forms to achieve two-dimensional code management.Electronic screens are updated with the latest equipment damage and repairs,and the flow of data from the workshop is managed digitally.It helps our company to track the quality analysis and production progress in real time,reduce the waste of resources ,saves a lot of time for employees to spned on paper forms.It makes our company to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
